You can get great cheap stuff here. It makes grocery shopping a breeze, because there's not a lot of choices. You want macaroni and cheese? You get one choice. Peanut butter? Creamy or crunchy. They have very little in the way of name brands, and that stuff is ususally a special buy and not regularly stocked. The store brands are excellent. I've found it to be comparable to name brand stuff and even better sometimes. more

Aldi makes grocery shopping cheap and easy 4/13/2006

I love Aldi! It's so easy to shop there because you don't have choices. There is only one brand of everything. And the food is good quality and cheap. Bring a quarter for your cart. You get the quarter back when you return the cart (you'll find that not many carts get left in the parking lot). They don't take credit cards or checks, only cash or debit. You bag your own groceries and you can bring your own bags or purchase them there for 5 or 10 cents. They have most of the stuff you need, but don't expect to find everything there. http://www.aldi.us/ more
