Jose was here on promptly and did an excellent job in fixing the problem I was having with drainage in my sink. He was very polite, pleasant, professional and efficient. I called with an urgent request and Jose D arrived at my home that afternoon to try and remove a foreign object from the toilet flushing channel. Unable to remove the object, it was determined that the toilet would need to be replaced, so we scheduled a time for the next day. I was given the option to choose one of the toilets through the plumbing company or to go purchase one myself. I chose the latter as it was reasonable in price compared to the company's options. Jose arrived on time the next morning, removed the old toilet and installed the new toilet. It was a job done well. The bead of caulking around the base of the toilet was clean except for one spot where it was a little smeared and could have been cleaner. Lastly, the final cost of this job seemed exorbitant considering what the job entailed. I would suggest to the company to include a more affordable toilet offer in their selection grouping as this would have saved me a trip to the home improvement center to buy one. In all, I would call upon this company again. more

Mike was prompt, friendly, explained things clearly. He came in to clean out the sewer drain, because I had some sewage backup. As he was testing the toilet, he noticed a leak. Putting in a dual flush toilet turned out to be the best choice,so he cleared the line, showed me a video of the inside of the pipe (a walk through a dense forest, with lots of overhanging foliage) installed the new toilet all with a minimum of fuss and no muss. I was very happy with the work. This was early Monday afternoon, after making the appointment on Sunday afternoon. more

I use Albert Nahman for plumbing and heating services in my day job, and I may have used them at my home over the years, I do not recall. Today, Jose came to my personal residence to repair an old cold water pipe (they did NOT install it) and everything went very smoothly. Two days ago I called them to set the appointment and they were able to come at a time that worked for me today. I also got a call last evening confirming the appointment. Jose arrived this morning at the scheduled time and was very professional. He even used the little booties over his shoes to protect my floors -- I'm a General Contractor and I know how difficult it is to get crew to do that consistently. Jose introduced himself properly, assessed the job, gave me a price, and made the repair all in good order, with the final price matching the initial quote exactly and my home left clean. It is appreciated when a job gets done with little fanfare or problems, just get in, get it done, and get on with your day. Jose did that and now we can both get on with our days. Much appreciated! As I said, I send Albert Nahman to jobs at work. I continue to do so as I know they will send well-equipped, competent personnel and behave in a responsible manner -- I can do no better. Our issue, was a total blockage of pipes - sinks, toilet, tub - everything was blocked! Nathan came at the designated time. He was courteous, friendly and most importantly - Professional. Within a few hours he not only identified the problem (root growth in the pipes), but he gave us an accurate estimate and time for correcting the issue. I needed to have someone look at an old gas insert that had been installed by the previous owner. Albert Nahman responded to my email inquiry within 30 minutes and scheduled an appointment for that Saturday. The technician was on time and professional. He inspected the insert and then showed me how to operate it. He also answered my questions about tankless water heaters. Michael P. arrived on time, was very nice, and tried to fix our fawcet. He did stop the dripping to an occasional drop, but said we would need to replace a valve behind the wall. He also noticed that our toilet had a small leak and fixed that. He sent us a proposal for replacing the valve at the end of the day. more

Had to replace a very old toilet on very short notice on a weekend. Shortly after we got in touch w/ the company on Fri eve, Albert N. called us back to get detailed info about the problem and explain the work to be done. He was very patient in dealing w/ our questions. Carlos, the tech who did the work the next day, was totally professional, efficient, polite, and careful in explaining each step as he proceeded. We have been using Nahman for a number of years, and this time too have been more than satisfied with their work. more

Scheduled service on my Rinnai Tankless Water Heater. Service tech Chris H was on time, professional and efficient. Chris introduced himself and asked relevant questions. He was quick and efficient and showed great knowledge of the unit I have. He answered all of my questions and was very accommodating in allowing me to learn what the service entailed. I really appreciated his patience in explaining the unit and the service. Price was quoted ahead of time so no surprise.
