I was in the Pearl District when I heard news about their grand opening on first Thursday. I found a lovely sofa sectional for my loft that day and it's been the best purchased I've made thus far. It was delivered to me the very next day. I recommend everyone to check out their furniture gallery. The artwork and furniture pieces fit together well and are simply gorgeous in every way. we bought a leather couch and chair at Albea Iris. They seemed to be very high quality and were definitely comfortable. We have now been using them (heavily, niece jumping on them when visiting and so forth) for six months and they are the best furniture purchase we have ever made. They are so comfortable without sucking you in to an inescapable abyss like other comfortable couches usually do. The price was very good and my sister just went there to find a couch. more

I saw their ads on craigslist since they offer special deals if you pay by cash and pickup yourself. I made my purchase recently for my loft and it's just simply perfect. The quality, factory direct prices and customer service is superb. I hear the manager say they change their showroom and sell everything off the floor like hotcakes and each design and model is unique and of a kind. I've visited their showroom many times when I get a chance after driving down 82nd Ave so often. You can tell they love what they do. After driving by this store on SE 82nd so many times, we decided to take a look when we were looking for a sofa for our house. We had already struck out at one store, which was out of stock of the pieces we were interested in, and the employees couldn't tell us when they would next be available. We would have had to call in once a week to check on the stock status. \r \r We were very pleased with the wide range of sectional sofas and, most of all, the prices at Albea Iris. The piece we purchased was just what we were looking for, and as a floor sample, it was about $300 off the original price. The service was also great. My Parents just moved to Washington and they needed a whole new set of furnitures for the new place. Through some friends, they found out Albea Iris and were very impressed with their huge selection of nice looking, good priced, high quality furnitures. My parents needed up getting everything they need for their new home, from bed to desks to sofas to display case for their collectables. The guys from Albea Iris did a quick delivery and assembled all the pieces together. So, by the time my parents moved in, they already have everything setuped. There's no other place where you can find beautiful, high quality furnitures that both fit within your home and budget. Plus, no tax is added so you can buy more with your money. Albea Iris has great modern furniture at very reasonable prices. My partner and I found them through an ad on craigslist, and had a great experience at their store. The salespeople were nice and helpful without being pushy. The sectional we purchased is super comfortable (which can be hard to find with modern furniture), a great price, and to top it off the fabric is fully washable and easily replaceable if we want to change the color/fabric down the line. Plus, they delivered it at the exact time that they said they would. We had visited Albea Iris Furniture once before finding a wide selection and very fair prices, but Sunday on dropping in since we were in the area (quite a ways from our westside residence), we found the perfect piece we were looking for. The staff was extremely helpful displaying the flexibility of the futon we selected and went out of their way to make sure we were satisfied, including immediate same day delivery, which was so welcome! We'd passed by numerous times and was always intrigued by the pieces they'd choose to sometimes display outside their store. Were we ever glad we finally did. The place is filled with high quality modern furniture with a unique asian flare and an even more unique low price. But the best part of the experience was the customer service. They pointed out every flaw in the piece we were about to purchase before we bought it. Then they delivered and set it up the same day for free! A service most places around town charge an absurd amount for and you can forget about same day or even same week delivery anywhere else. Our only regret was we didn't buy all our furniture there. I own Straight To The Point Body Piercing and am always looking for unique quality items for all three of my businesses. I was driving around town and did a double take when I saw the store. I have never seen such innovative and striking designs. The customer service I recieved was amazing!! They bent over backwards to make sure I was a 100% happy. I have been back multiple times and each time I walk out with an amazing piece of furniture. The quality, price and customer service from Albea Iris incredible!!!! Cant wait to visit them again.!!! I came across this furniture store while driving down 82nd and I couldn't miss the bold black, white, and red logo. I came in just browsing, and ended up buying a microsuede light lime sectional, 2 cofee tables, a loveseat (specially ordered), and one of Albea Iris' exclusive brand mattresses. It had a memory foam pillow top and after sleeping on it, it is much better than a Tempur-Pedic (which I've slept on before as well.) \r \r The manager was very professional and friendly, and when I wanted a different color in one of the loveseats, it was no problem. It came in three weeks later and they delivered it right away directly to my apartment. My sectional also had to be special ordered because I wanted the chaise lounge on the opposite side. They were so willing to make this special order, with no extra charge, and delivered it within weeks as well. \r \r The store's furniture is a mix of Asian contemporary with a European accent. It is better than IKEA (which is made of cheap material), Dania, Scan Design, and all of those other furniture places that cost three or four times as much and specialize in contemporary furniture. \r \r My experience at Albea Iris Furniture was one that was so enjoyable, I would definitely go back. I want more, and everytime I recommend this furniture store to a friend, they end up buying something, and being very, very happy with it. The furniture is made in Japan, New York, and Hong Kong, and it feels so luxurious and expensive, that I can't believe it didn't deplete my wallet! This is the best hidden place in Portland, and compared to ""Hip"" furniture store, it has the same stuff for thousands of dollars less.\r \r I recommend this store highly to anyone interested in not breaking their bank, but adding luxury and quality furniture to their home!!\r \r Pros: Affordable quality, beautiful furniture with a variety of styles! I went to Scan Design, Crate & Barrel, DWR all those types of furniture stores. Either the price was too high or the style and quality just not what I was looking for. I just could not stomach paying 4K on a leather sectional that my 2 boys would probably tear up in less than a month. I was driving on 82nd Ave saw Ibea Iris' had a special promotion going on so I thought to check it out. What a goldmine! The atmosphere of the store is somewhat like a warehouse but the furniture is not at all cheap or ugly. I had a difficult time choosing the ones I wanted. I liked so many of the options. The sales lady also was very helpful lettting me know which ones I can have special ordered to have the specific color I wanted. I ended up purchasing 2 full leather sets, so 6 pieces at a very resonable price. At Scan Design I would have had to pay almost 8K . My husband was happy with the purchase that we plan to go back and buy more items for our boy's room and toy room. I think this place is worth checking out. They have buttery soft leather and microsuede sets and modern futons that I saw online going for double the price. Pros: great price, excellent style and quality textiles more
