Usually there is nothing pleasant about renting cars, but the Alamo team in Chicago is sooo nice and so helpful. They have ""runners"" outside to help with baggage and directions and they're friendly and helpful and they won't accept tips! more

Quality car at reasonable price. Only drawback was high pressure to purchase insurance and roadside assistance- Also upon return to pre-arranged alternative drop off- could not find car in system- Took about 10 minutes more

Wow. Blown away by Alamo at Chicago O'hare. What a team. They actually helped me with my bags from the van - and then they helped me with my bags to my car. NO OTHER company has ever done that. As I was leaving I asked - are all of the Alamo locations as good as this? 5 stars all the way around. Friendliest and most helpful by far out of all the companies I've used - and I've used them all. more
