Pick up at FLL was easy and staff ws pleasant. Problem is when I returned car to Orlando on Feb 22, i left my Sunpass in the car. I have left repeated messages and have only had a conversation with a representative when i called in and said I needed to rent a car. I was then transferred to lost and found. They said the car was in Miami, so they couldn't let me know if the transponder was there. I was supposed to get a return phone call. It is now March 18, an once again I left several messages, and have not received a return call. Worst customer service ever.
