Real plumber answered the phone and answered all my questions. He even gave me a coupon for 10% off when I was ready to schedule service. 2 weeks later I scheduled service, used the coupon and everything was done with me barely noticing they were even there. Great work - will use again in a few weeks when I need my septic tank serviced! more

Fast and Kind 10/28/2011

A-Akins plumbing responded quickly to an emergency plumbing issue at Athens Area Homeless Shelter and sent Jason Brooks right over. They rebuilt the some plumbing in one of our bathtubs quickly and efficiently. In addition, they were kind enough to donate the service. We couldn't serve our moms and kids without support from local businesses and this was one of the best interactions we've ever had. I highly recommend them. more

Fast service! 7/14/2011

I called Akins Plumbing with a few minor problems and it turns out I am glad I did. They saved me a lot of money by finding problems early they could have gotten really bad. They fixed my problems and pumped my septic tank on the same day. I am glad there are still some honest people out there! more

Thess guys are awesome! We were putting in a new bathroom, and various other plumbing updating around the house. They did an excellent job at a very good price. The owner followed up with me after they were finished and he was making sure everything was done to my satisfaction, which it was. Love the customer service here! more

We had a serious leak in our kitchen. I googled plumbers in Lawrenceville and these guys had some really good reviews. I called them up and the owner answered the phone and he even told me about the coupon on their website. He had someone out that day and they got everything fixed for such a great price. Other companies wanted more just to come out and take a look! We will be calling them again for all our plumbing needs! more

So, I found this company on here and decided to give them a try. Our home needed some major plumbing renovations and Akins did an excellent job. I priced out four other companies and they also had the best prices. James was very professional and knowledgable. We are totally happy with company! more

Fast, friendly service at great prices! 5/16/2011

At last, an honest plumber! My wife and I have used several local plumbers and were never satisfied. A friend recommended Akins plumbing and we couldn't be happier. We spoke with the owner who sent out someone immediately. He was pleasant, and explained everything to us, including what it all would cost. Very happy and will be using again! Thanks Ricky! more
