Airtech Heating & Cooling

I took a chance using Airtech Heating and Cooling to service my furnace and clean my AC unit, but I'm glad I did! My first experience with them was great, and I'll definitely use them again in the future. There was a brand new technician so the owner Tom came along to make sure everything wen the way it should go and that the new technician did everything he needed to do. Tom even went back to the office a couple of times to get tools he needed for the job. The technician was very thorough and went over everything concerning my AC and furnace units. Something I thought was really fantastic was that I live in a townhouse and my outdoor faucet is in the garage up a hill and around the corner. The technician went up there, unraveled about one hundred feet of garden hose, washed out the filters and then wound the hose back up and put it back exactly where it had been. I was impressed with the customer service, nobody does things like that anymore! Overall, I thought their communication with me was great. They took really good care of me. I also like that they are a local company, located right here, I like supporting local companies like this. I would highly recommend them to anybody! more

I recently switched to Airtech Heating and Cooling from another company that I didn't like. I oversee seven properties, and deal with a lot of people in the service industry. Realistically, I probably talk to ten subcontractors a day. Airtech are always on top of things, and I can't say that about most companies I encounter. Airtech are honest, and willing to go out of their way for me if they can. They also offer really reasonable pricing. If they aren't able to make an appointment, they actually call, which is rare. They girls in the office really keep up with things, they even know me by name. I definitely recommend that you call them. You will find out the easy what what they can do for you.
