It was my first time using Airport Express of St. Augustine. I looked them up on their website and also another hotel recommended them to me. They picked me up from the mall while I was doing a tour and they took me back and forth so everything was okay. I spoke to a guy named Charlie and really appreciated the help. It was great, I got a lot of insight on things to do. I was impressed by the cleanliness of the vehicle and how flexible they were. more

On time, courteous, and professional 1/16/2014

Airport Express of St. Augustine picked me up and shuttled me to the Jacksonville airport. They called ahead of time and let me know to confirm the trip. They were also on time, punctual, courteous, and professional. more

Airport Express of St. Augustine provided great service for me recently. I used them for a ride from Daytona Airport to my parents' home in St. Augustine. The booking process was very easy; I did it all online. Wayne was right there to pick me up. He was courteous, friendly, and professional. When we got my bags, we went straight to where we needed to be. The car was in good condition. This is a safe, reliable car service company. I would recommend them. more

I've been dealing with Airport Express of St. Augustine within the last four or five months. Their service is very reliable. They have courteous drivers and clean vehicles. The only reason my total experience is a four is because I needed to move up my scheduled arrival one time, and they were very limited with their availability. It was on very short notice, to be fair to them. A larger fleet of vehicles might have helped. We still worked it out, and they definitely did their best. more

This was my first time using Airport Express of St. Augustine. They were very friendly when they picked me up and very friendly when I was making arrangements. They were just pleasant to deal with. Their timing was perfect as well. It's a good price and a good service. I would definitely go with them again. more

I have used Airport Express for several years so I am a repeat customer. The drivers are always courteous, punctual and accommodating. Their service is reliable, the vehicles are immaculate and smoke-free. In addition, their rates are very reasonable for the caliber of service they provide. They are in contact with the customer every step of the way to ensure that they provide the best service, which I find reassuring. I highly recommend Airport Express of St. Augustine! more

Thanks for taking great care of me! 10/7/2013

I had to book a last minute flight out of Jacksonville and called Airport Express at 8pm to see if they could pick me up by 7am the next morning. After I had booked everything with Wayne and had it all set, a friend called me to check on me and offered to take me to the airport himself. So I called Wayne back and apologized about the inconvenience, but to please cancel the reservation. Wayne was so wonderful and helpful, he even refunded me the full amount and didn't charge me the cancellation fee! I really appreciated getting me all set up at the last minute, and then being so considerate when I had to cancel. Thank you so much! I will definitely recommend you to my St. Augustine friends and will call you next time I am in town and need a ride! more

First of all, Airport Express of St. Augustine is a very polite service. They're good drivers, so I can get places safely without being scared to death on the highway! I'm not exactly a young person anymore. I get a lot of comfort out of being helped through things. Both of the people were very good with this because they were pleasant, polite, and helpful. more

I've been with Airport Express of St. Augustine since they started. They pick me up door to door and take me to the airport and bring me back door to door. Sometimes, on rare occasions, I've been picked up at their locations nearby. They're reliable and I never had a problem with them. They're very friendly, thorough, and confirm pick up and drop off times. more
