Outstanding Veterinary Care 8/15/2012

We have used this hospital for our pets for years, and have had wonderful and caring help from the doctor and her staff. Dr. Jackson keeps very current on treatment options, and is extremely helpful with all aspects of care. She is one of the kindest people I have ever met, and provides very gentle and loving care for our pets. more

We have been taking our dogs here for years, and have had wonderful service from the veterinarian and staff. Dr. Jackson is a superb vet, and so compassionate with animals and their people. She is very patient in answering questions and really concerned to see that our dogs get the best care. We are acquainted with many of her other patients and everyone we know loves this place. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. more

my first time going to a animal hospital. 7/25/2011

i went to 1120 w. manchester bl.inglewood CA to get an emergency c-section for my less than a pound teacup chihuahua. WITH TEARS IN MY EYES I BEGGED THEM TO CALL THE DOCTOR AND THE WOMAN BEHIND THE DESK JUST SIMPLY TOLD ME THAT THEY ARE ABOUT TO CLOSE FOR THE DAY, SORRY!. BECAUSE OF THIS UNCOMPASSIONATE ACT, I BURIED MY DOG WITH THE UN-BORN LITTER. this airport cities amimal hospital could have saved my mimi's life! hospitals don't close, vets go by an oath to end any pet/animal suffering. same as doctors, same as nurses, PLEASE DO NOT GO TO AIRPORT CITIES ANIMAL HOSPITAL MY NAME IS KELLY YOUNG AND I'M MAKING THIS ACT KNOWN! more

Rude staff 4/4/2010

The staff at this place is HORRIBLE. Their follow up skills are poor and the black woman at the front desk is consistently rude. She has a major chip on her shoulder for some unknown reason.\r \r I really like the Doctor but she's surrounded by staff that has no clue about customer service or professionalism. more
