I was pleased the the sales process - a rep surveyed the apartment, listened to my concerns, and got back to me with a good proposal, reasonably priced. The fact that I did this in February may have helped! :-)
The actual installation was not great; they left some gaps that I had to plug myself with foam & silicon caulk. When a fan motor failed, they picked up the unit quickly but weren't very responsive to my attempts to get a status about when to expect the unit to be returned. Some of the service people are ok to deal with but one fellow, who sounded like the service manager, really needs a course on customer relations -- or maybe he just needs a personality transplant.
Pros: Very responsive to requests for estimates
Cons: Installation and services is so-so
