Air Quality & Beyond INC

After reading some reviews, I decided to give this company a try and scheduled them out to fix our AC unit problem. It appears that a lot of small companies don't like to repair water cooled systems. We live in a condo in LA and we have a water cooled system. I called several companies and they wouldn't come out to fix my problem because they told me they don't do chiller system. Our building has a chiller on the roof and every other year we have a problem, and every company comes and charges Freon waiting for another year to come and charge again. This tech was the only one to say repair the leak and never charge the system. I was under the impression that charging the system was part of a yearly maintenance, but I guess all the other companies just wanted another service call the next year. I was glad they finally fix my problem they found a very small leak and my luck they were able to repair it. He explained that there are many times this leak is not accessible, which is probably why the other companies did not want to try. So finally I got the solution to my yearly expensive problem. I'm so amazed that this problem is gone, and I'm glad I took the time to read some reviews from other members. They were right on the money. Recently had a brand new system installed in my home and let me tell you, this company does not cut any corners! Carpets on the floors, friendly workers and excellent prices. The men were very professional and helpful in teaching me how to start my system and how to use the thermostat, explained the air filter and when and how to change it. The type of service that AQB Air provides is something that you would expect a large bill at the completion but that's not the case. From the first estimate I knew I would choose them , their salesman was very knowledgeable and thorough and made me comfortable choosing their company. I highly recommend trying AQB Air if you are going with a new Heating or Air conditioning system, I'm glad I did! more

Received a call from AQB Air present store manager. He apologized for my experience and together we resolved the situation. He accepted my return and offered to do whatever was necessary to correct any issues I had. He came to Moorpark personally. This is the kind of service that AQB Air built their reputation on . I understand that one person can make a mistake as happened to me. But I am happy to say that management corrected this and I feel confident that I will be well serviced in the future. Good for any company that corrects a mistakes and brings customers back. I am impressed. more

Have used various plumbing and heating services over the years. I tried several companies before AQB Air. Most were fine but always lacking in some way or other. I started using this company a few years ago and they are far superior to every other company I have used. The receptionist is exceedingly polite and friendly. They arrive quickly and ON SCHEDULE. I've dealt with several different people at AQB Air and ALL of them have been personable, intelligent, attentive, articulate and a pleasure to work with. They have always quickly figured out exactly what needs to be done. I would give them six stars if I could. more

Called Sunday evening about clogged kitchen sink and I was told someone would be at my apartment between 8:30-9:15am. At 8:45am plumber arrived, he took a look at the problem and gave me a fair price before he started the job. He took care of the problem quickly & efficiently. Just a week before Christmas my heater went out on us. I called a couple of different companies to get someone out to my house as soon as possible since my house was freezing cold and I have a 7month old baby. When I called Air Quality & Beyond Inc they urged that they would come out that exact day due to my family & child being without heat. Other companies told me that i would have to wait for the next day to possibly get an appointment or it would even be the following day after that. It made me feel good that Air Quality & Beyond Inc was concerned about my child and the cold weather that we were having. I would recommend them due to their prompt and fast service. Their service man was also very polite and professional. more

I love companies with great customer service. Air Quality And Beyond Inc is exactly that. The two guys that came out were totally cool and didn't charge me too much. They were cheaper than any other company I called, but the customer service was unbeatable. They came out the next day, did their work and were done very quickly. They stayed a little longer to answer some questions and said if I ever needed anything to call and they'd send someone right back out. This is a great HVAC contractor. I love my new air conditioning unit. more

Air Quality And Beyond Inc came to my house and created an energy efficient heating and air conditioning system for our ranch style home. The house was built in the 50's with rooms added on to make it a sprawling ranch house, with a lot of rooms needing different kinds of heating and air systems. We have two rooms that were add-ons and neither could accommodate ducting - so we had Air Quality And Beyond Inc install two mini-split systems that are mounted on the walls, require no ducting and keep the room perfectly warm or comfortably cool. more
