Brian Peterson was my service representative today and was outstanding. He listened to me. He assessed the situation. He logically mapped out my options. He worked to a solve my problem and presented a solution that was acceptable. Brian has excellent customer service skills. He is top notch! more

Wow - Responsive and Friendly 8/14/2015

Had water heater replacement needed, called Air Mechanical and they were friendly and helpful on the phone, sent someone out to help this morning, and Nick, the person that did the work at our house was not only good but very friendly and courteous. He was very conscious about keeping our house clean, noticed that our water softener needed replacement as well and he did both very quickly and with a great, helpful attitude. He even made improvements to our piping like he would be doing for his own house. How great! I would highly recommend Air Mechanical and Nick, and would want him coming back here if I needed help again. Well done! more

Whole House Dehumidifier Installation 8/10/2015

We were having a difficult time keeping our humidity under 60% Jeff from Air Mechanical provided me the information I needed and led me in the right direction. He was professional and very honest. From my perspective, his craftsmanship was of the highest quality and he fixed our problem with his diagnosis of the problem. Our house humidity is now a constant 35%. Jeff and Air Mechanical has my highest recommendation without reservation. more

Gary was very professional. Diagnosed the issue with our air conditioner promptly. He was honest about what was needed and not needed. He took the time to answer all of my questions. Gary was not pushy about selling other services or contracts. We would definitely request Gary C. to service our other appliances as well as recommend him to others. more

First Bi-Yearly AC/Furnace Checkup 6/30/2015
