Received a quote of about $8,200 with senior discount. Received an estimate of $8,800 for finished job. Asked for a bill to see if senior discount is included. Have been waiting a...

Worst

Met wit representatives regarding installation of ductless ac in our home. Was blown away with estimate to put 2 units in our home. Price was 50 to 70% higher. Very disappointed.

Great service by Tim Lynch 4/24/2019

Tim is an outstanding sales person at Aiello. I called to have split AC setup for my unit and he contacted me and said he was on his way, waited not knowing I was there or not... He went over all the details of the product they would install and provided me with the best price for it. He was courtesy and very prompt with responses as always. I knew him from another work that I had done before for my mother and he was really good with servicing that work and put me in touch with the right people. Aiello has a good guy in Tim Lynch. Top Notch Service 4/23/2019

Today we had our annual comfort system tune-up performed by Clay and as always he came through with a 5-Star effort. He has been to our home on quite a few occasions over the years and always enhances our trust with Aiello Home Services with each visit. Nick was great ???? 4/16/2019

Hi Aiello, Nick was wonderful today. He came and repaired one issue and end ended up spending the replacing my water heater. I was thrill to do it all in one day. If our dog barking at him all day was bothering he did not let it show. He patiently answered all my many questions and showed me where all the controls were on my new hot water heater,in great detail. Aiello, you have a keeper in Nick. Thank you. more

Not a 2 Fur deal 3/4/2019

Great sales/service people, But what is advertised is false. I had a quote from last summer to replace my HVAC. I waited and seen the advertisement for a 2 fur special. I figured this would be a great savings. Wrong, my new quote was higher or equal to the original quote. No savings. I thinks its poor or false advertising. more

Energy Audit 1/17/2019

Mike & Jason showed up as scheduled to perform our energy audit. They were very professional and extremely knowledgeable about everything related to this audit. They took the time to explain what they were doing as they went along. I would highly recommend both of these gentlemen if you are considering in energy audit. more

Fast Service 12/30/2018

Our hot water heater broke. We called Aiello and less then 1 hr, they were at my home and an hour later I had a brand new hot water heater up and running. The service Technicians were very professional and cared to all the needs we had. Thank you to Bobbie N. and Vincent! We will definitely use Aiello for future services. more

First Service Partner Checkup 12/21/2018

Our Service Technician Zach arrived on time and was very professional during his check of our heating system. He discovered a problem with one of our zone dampers and provided an estimate for the repair. He also answered all of our other questions and did a very thorough job of servicing the heating system. He followed up later in the day with a phone call and provided additional information on the costs to fix the issue he found during his visit. The overall experience rated 5 stars. more

Garrett came to replace a valve in an old walk-in shower. This required removal of tile as well. He was professional, polite and did a great job. Spent 5 hours at my house and carefully placed plastic over the open tile area so the shower could be used prior to the tile people coming to do their job. Garrett is an asset to Aiello and I will most certainly call again and request his services for future needs. more

The technician who came to my home, Garrett, was absolutely fantastic at doing his job. He explained everything that needed to be done as well as pricing and an explanation of the cost. He went right to it like the true professional he is also very courteous. Garret deserves a lot of credit for a job so very well done, especially considering the circumstances he had to work in in my basement. Thanks! more

light bulb and switch 8/29/2018

My wife and I needed a job done today. Because I take care of my wife as primary care provider, we called Aiello to get an electrician. The office staff made sure that Ryan could stop by on his way from a call in New Britain. Ryan took care of the issue. he was cheerful and professional and explained what he was doing and its cost thoroughly in order to get an approval or rejection of the plan he recommended. We were very satisfied with his work and if we needed an electrician again, we would hope that Ryan could come. mark and cindy jones more
