I first saw Dr. Aiache on the recomendationof a male model I know- I was truly impressed with his lips nd chin, which Dr. Aiache did, so I went. I was informed Dr. Aiahe founded the fat transfer procedure, brought liposuction to the USA, and developed several body implants (calves and pectoral), he also teaches other surgeons all over the world.\r
\r
I was quite surprised when I arrived to a ""homey"", quaint office, with a down-to-earth staff who were clearly not there to ""sell"" me on anything. Dr. Aiache himself was a true surprise- he does not boast, nor give the impression that he is the legend he is. He is older in age, and will not show you photos of hisbest work to avoid giving patients ""false hopes"". Such a rarity for a doctor- he even talked me out of doing an expensive lip augmentation procedure, and talked me into an inexpensive fat trnasfer to my lips (at the tme, only 500$, and it's permanent!)....\r
\r
I currently work as a makeup artist, esthetian, and cosmetic surgery consultant for other Dr.s, and I wouldn't let anyone else work on me but Dr. Aiache- he is treasured and respected by the Beverly Hills surgical community.\r
\r
I warn prospective patients, to not expect to get an appointment (for a procedure immediately- he is always busy and it can take over a month to get an appointment. His taff is very thorough in their preparation, and very responsible- but, at the same time, don't expect anyone to treat you like they desparately need you business- that is, no one will ""sell"" on a procedure, or make you feel like you should get anything done. If you're nervous, don't expect anyone to guarentee you tat going through with surgery is he right decision- they will want you to decide for yourself, and give you the facts, and potential mis-haps and side effects of EVERYTHING. \r

IN RESPONSE TO FRANKNS- I'm editting this to address the acusation that fat transer is not ""permanent""- I am a surgical technician myself, and I can tell you that FAT CELLS LIVE and are therefore permanent- a huge amount die off after the transfer procedure, but the ones that do live are there to stay, and will increase and decrease based on weight gain like the rest of your body. Fat transfer produces and very very subtle result, and it can take multiple appointments to acheive what you would like.
Pros: Amazing end results, and extremely responsible staff!
Cons: Very honest staff- no one will say things just to calm your nerves- if you need that. I see it as a plus!
