Excellent customer service. 3/17/2014

Chris (#1178) was professional and explained everything he checked and provided some recommendations to help the system preform better and last longer. He was courteous and I would highly recommend Agee's to anyone that want's AC/Heating work to be done right at a reasonable cost. Thanks again more

I've been a customer of Agee's for several years now and I will continue to be their customer because they are dependable and honest. Their customer service is top-notch and I have never had a bad experience with them. I will continue to recommend them to all of my family and friends. My technician, Marcus always does a fantastic job and he takes the time to explain things to me so that I am aware of how my A/C and heating system is operating. Keep up the great work! more

Dependable And Honest 1/8/2014

My relationship with Agee’s goes back many years and I won’t have anyone else service my system. Having Willie as a service tech is a plus. He is precise and makes sure that every “T” is crossed and every “I” dotted. I always request Willie for my scheduled maintenance. If he isn’t available, I’ll wait until he is available. Thank you Agee’s for keeping loyal employees on your payroll. That’s a rare commodity these days. When the time comes to replace my unit, Agee's will be my first choice. more

I have dealt with different people and everybody is awesome. Today, Kelly came out to do a free second opinion because another company (during a simple, routine check) said I needed a new $3,000 inside unit due to an "oil leak". Kelly confirmed my suspicions that there was no oil leak and I almost got scammed. I have used Agee's for years off and on, and will continue to do so more regularly. I appreciate the honesty - whether it's good or bad news - and that's something you don't find easily. more

Would recommend 12/16/2013

We have used Agees since 1969 and have found their service to always be top notch. Technicians are polite and well trained. We have found that they recommend but do not try to "oversell". Anytime we have a question someone in the organization is always willing to be of assistance. Their Technician Robert just now completed the annual heater inspection and we were very pleased with his service. I feel that Agees is fortunate to employe a technician of his caliber. more

Winter checkup 12/9/2013

Marcus arrived on time having called in advance to let us know so we could put up the dog. He took care of the system, replaced the air filter as we'd requested and also got us the carbon monoxide detector that hadn't been available this spring. more

Great Service 12/3/2013

We had Agees install a new HVAC system about 5 or 6 years ago and have had them maintaining and tuning up the system on bi-annual basis. The service is great, and to date I haven't met a technician from Agees that I didn't like. Great company to work with. more

Everything went well & in a professional manner. 11/6/2013

This was the Fall check-up for our heating system. We have had a service contract with Agees for many years. They always call when it is time for maintenance on our equipment and schedule a time best for everyone. They are especially quick and helpful on holidays and weekends when systems seem to fail and you have a house full of people. more

Chris was thorough and very professional. He took time to ensure that we understood what all he had done and what he had found. We have used Agee's since back about 1990. Have not thought about using anyone else. We rely on their experience and judgment about our AC / heating needs. more

Outstanding service 10/31/2013

I had a service appointment on Wednesday morning, received a phone call from the office first thing, and the technician arrived within 20 minutes. The technician was very thorough, and was also extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I've dealt with other HVAC companies in the area in the past and none have come close to Agee's in terms of quality of service, friendliness and professionalism. more

Service technician was prompt and professional, Reviewed which tests would be performed and in what sequence they would be occurring. Provided list of products which could be purchased to lengthen the life of my unit but did not perform hard sell. more
