Ty Naugle and AFLAC get 0 stars for anything in my book 3/27/2012

If there was an option to give Ty Naugle 0 stars I would have picked it. Ty Naugle is the guy that HairM Grooming goes through to give their employees supplemental insurance, I sure hope they choose a different representative because he makes me HATE AFLAC. he is very hard to get ahold of, gave me almost NO HELP when i was confused about filing my claim. and has absolutely no punctuality with returning calls or text messages or doing anything i am sure is in his job description. Ty Naugle definitely does NOTHING for me to want to keep AFLAC for any reason come sickness or anything else. more
