Water Heater and Condensing unit on Air Conditioner 7/21/2021

Our service tech was Tony and he is very experienced. We found water in our hallway. He was able to unclogged the condensing unit piping on our refrigerated air which stopped water flow. The water heater was also going out and leaking. He replaced our water heater 2 days later and it is working great! All water flow was stopped but of course, we had damage to the wall which is another story. I would highly recommend Affordable Plumbing and Tony. more

Excellent On Time & Professional Service 7/7/2021

The technicians arrived on time for routine maintenance on the A/C unit which was installed by Affordable SP in 2017. These men were very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. I learned a few helpful tips and it was nice to receive a 5% Senior Discount as well. I highly recommend Affordable Service Plumbing. more

Tankless Water Heater 1/16/2020

Called Affrodable due to issue w tankless water heater. Long story : My heater was destroyed by the first technician that ti was beyond repair. after calling the manager Kevin: he made it right. he came over the next day, reviewed what occurred and without question he ordered a new unit and had it installed the next day. "making it right" and picking up the cost of a $3000.00 mistake. Kurt also stelar is knowledgable, very personable and good problem solver. he was able to find the problem, repaired it and I have a good working unit. They are responsive and quick to action. Chris and his partner who installed new unit, got to work right away, and installed the unit without isisues and made sure I had HOT water before they left. Thank you all. All staff at Affordable from start to finish were stelar. I live in Rio Rancho and buy Rio Rancho, would use them again no question more

Toilet Drain 11/30/2019

Tony was able to tract down & repair the problem with our Toilet drain. We have a septic system and the sewage ejector pump turned out to be the problem. after a few hours he was able to replace the pump and get everything working. This happened on the Wednesday before Thanksgiving and he stayed until 5:30PM to make sure we could use it the next day. Thank You more

Overall Experience 9/7/2019

From the lady that booked the appointment and Tony the plumber that came out to fix my problems this was a great experience. I even through in a couple of other problems. Tony was upfront and honest about time and cost associated with all the work. I highly recommend Affordable and be sure to ask for Tony! You will not be disappointed by either. more

Very Satisfied Customer 9/6/2019

I am one of those a pain in the butt customers, asks lots of question, want thing a specific way. Joe K. took the time to answer and explain all my questions. Joe was willing to work with me when I pointed out how I wanted pipes or wires ran. The install team was very positive, enjoyable to work with, I felt like I was involved with the process. Joe went above and beyond making sure everything install and done the right way. Joe found several incidences, where the builder had cut corners and cool air was leaking into my garage and causing inefficient cooling in the living areas. I feel I am getting the most efficient cooling now. With confidence I can highly recommend Joe K. and his team to everyone. more

Today is the third time I’ve used them! Fantastic service. The tech, Tony, explained everything to me and did his work quickly and efficiently! I called yesterday to get my swamp cooler going, and they were able to get me in today! They are always professional, on time and clean. I highly recommend. I will definitely be calling them again. more
