I've been dealing with these girls for about 4 months if not more and let me tell you they have the worst office service that i've ever seen. I was referred here by my daughters dentist ( daughter needed 4 front teeth capped) and I'm planning to tell them it was the worst referral they could have given. On the day of my daughters appointment the Dr saw her real quick ( my daughter was fussy), all she did was opened her lips while I held her to see her front teeth. Took about 2-3 min. at the most for her to do this and told me to set up an appointment with the hospital. During this time she's scolding my 2 year old daughter because she was crying while she was trying to explain to me what I needed to do. Then since we were on chip I asked the girls to give me a total of what my portion was going to be and what time for surgery, they said they needed to get back to me. This took about about 1-2 months for someone to get back to me as well as me calling every 2-3 days for an update. During this time I got excused like the hospital hasn't advised us, we forgot to call we were real busy, can you give me the information again we lost the paper, and finally you need to call the hospital yourself. Finally I went to the hospital, pre-registered my daughter, they advised me of a pediatrician release form which I had no idea I needed to get. Finally I called back to the office to get a time and advise of the pre-registration, said Thank you, didn't have a time yet will call me back and oh yeah they forgot to advise me about the release form. Now we're talking a week before the "surgery" I called that Monday and was advised still no time but they would make sure they would call me back by Monday afternoon, yeah right. I received a call on Wed asking for a faxed copy of the insurance and still no time for surgery need to get pre-registration approved first with insurance. I told them no I've contacted another specialist and he will be doing the job instead. I even went as far as to ask them to give me the next available surgery so that no one would be in a rush and they advised they didn't know when the next on was cuz the Dr decides when she wants to have a surgery. If the Dr walks in on Moday wanting to have hospital on Friday then they schedule like that. Ive never had this kind of service from a Dental Office in El Paso, I couldn't believe it. To top it off they billed me 75.00 for the 1st office visit that too me an hour to wait and 2-3 minutes to have. Do they even consider the needs of their patients or if they have pain at all. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS DR OR OFFICE TO ANY ONE...SO IF YOU GET REFERRED SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE AND FIND ANOTHER DR. I gave one star just cuz the review made me if not I would not have rated them at all!!!!
