Zachary Warkmeister did a great job today servicing my two AC units and broiler. Zach was professional and very nice. Zach was very knowledgeable about my systems and pointed out a couple of things to potentially look out for. Zach notified me that I had a pipe that was 1" in diameter and the new code requires the pipe to be 1 1/4". Explain that someone will be contacting me in reference to the new pipe install. I would recommend Zach to inspect, service and test any of my neighbors' homes. more

I just had my furnace service by AERO Energy out of Havre de Grace, MD. I'm on the service plan so the work was done at no additional cost. Had I needed any parts replaced they would've come at a 15% discount. The technician (Mike M) that performed my annual service could not have been more professional. Called me about an hour before arrival, so i wasn't guessing when he would show. Explained everything he was doing, gave me some great recommendations on how to save a little on energy cost as well. The service was a great deal faster than I thought it would be freeing up the remainder of my day. When Mike M was done, I could not even tell he was there, work area was cleaner than when he started. If you'll calling AERO Energy for service, Mike M is the professional technician to request.
