We called for service between 11 and midnight on a Saturday night. We were able to talk to the service man and h arrived as planned early Sunday morning. He very quickly realized we had run out of fuel and gave us 10 gallons and reported the oversight to the office. more

prompt courteous service 11/26/2018

My thermostat was acting like it was possessed - going from 60 to 40 degrees in just a few seconds, unresponsive regardless of which buttons I pressed. I called and within an hour a service man was there with a replacement. Now I have working thermostat again! more
