We have used Aerex Pest Control for over 16 years at our current home in Long Grove. I would definitely recommend them. They are extremely reliable and efficient. Their employees are trustworthy and always show up at their scheduled appointments. Their customer service is excellent. I wish all the companies I do business had the same high standards as Aerex. I know we will continue working with Aerex to remain bug free for many years to come. more

Great! 3/29/2010

I can't say enough about this company. I had called many other places who's prices seemed astronomical. Not only was Aerex the least expensive program I could find; they did a great job. I was trying to battle ants on my own for a few weeks before I caved and called the professionals. They stuck to their offer of a 30 day guarantee and returned 2 weeks after the initial visit because I was still seeing a few ants (I was seeing hundreds before!). The WORST EVER! 7/26/2006

I cannot comment on the service because they do not show up! If you schedule an appointment be ready to sit for three to four hours before you realize that they are not going to show. It is unfortunate, but this company is not professional and the custormer service is awful. I would rather live with the pests than use this company!! Cons: Many more
