Where do I begin? After being left on the curb for over an hour outside LAX and not answering the NINETEEN phone calls at the car pick-up location, I was told they were out of cars. I was given a HUGE gas guzzling Durango to navigate the teeny streets of Venice!
To top it all off, when confronted about the shuttle wait (LONGER than the flight, by the way), I was told there were only two vans. Maybe this would have been reasonable had one of the vans not been sitting stationary at this exact moment while the ""driver"" sat with his legs propped up on a desk in the office. Are you kiddding me???? Never again!
Cons: customer service, car availablity, management ability
