We bought our used copier from this company. They serviced it for a year for free. I like their services. And the product condition is pretty good too. Sometime, the copier did not get fix the first time but they always make sure it was fixed even it took them another trip to our company. I don't know exactly they located but it is in the Metro Dallas area. The only thing I don't like is the toner that they try to sell us. I can buy them cheaper in other place than purchasing the toner from them.
