I was very happy with the repair service provided by Advantage Appliance Repair. Customer Service was friendly and professional and set up an appointment that was convenient to me. The service tech called to let me know when he would be arriving and diagnosed and repaired my refrigerator quickly. He explained exactly what was wrong and what he was doing. I would recommend the company and would not hesitate to use them again! more

Just wanted to say thanks for a great job. We were going to get a new washer but then I saw your van at a neighbors house. I waved your technician over after he was done and he replaced some gear that was broken preventing my machine from spinning. 20 minutes later my machine was up and running. Thank you for great service. more

my washer stoped working and I called Advantage Appliance to diagnose it. To find out the water was shut off behind the washing machine ( thanks to my son ). Thay turned it back on and its up and working. Very honest and dependable. Thank You more

My expectations were high and i was really satisfied. I tend to be a picky person and this company really satisfied me and repaired the problem on the spot . Just a loose hose on washer. Life is good again. Thanks Katie, Paula and Jeff :))))))) more

A QUALITY SERVICE A 1/31/2012

I called friday because my refrigerator stoped working and by 3 o'clock my frig was up and running. Great customer service and the service man really knew his stuff (he even wore booties on his shoes).It wasnt just a repair, it was an experience like service used to be back in the day. THANK YOU !!!! more

Don't waste your time. 9/29/2011

Awful customer service. Stayed home from work 1/2 day as they said they would come between 12 and 5. Called at 3 to be sure we were still on, ""oh yes."" At 4 ish got a call that they had one more stop...at 4:30, message - ""won't be coming, in fact, the issue you have (door hinge on washer) is something we shouldn't do anyway, not comfortable doing that"" - How about being up front and telling me what you can and can't do. Wasted 1/2 day and worse, wasted time when I could have called a more reliable service. Don't bother calling them. Google and you'll find other review sites with similar stories. more
