I think that Advanced Water Resources is very professional. They are a quality company and they were very informative when it came to my water problems. I have used them twice. My first house had coliform issues which they helped mediate. My second house had hard water issues which they also fixed. more

On time, friendly, and informative 9/4/2014

We had an excellent experience with Advanced Water Resources. From the saleswoman to the installer, everybody was very helpful, friendly, and professional. The saleswoman explained everything about the systems step-by-step in a manner that we could understand. The gentleman who came to install our new water softener showed us everything as he was hooking it up. Everything was reasonably priced and the water softener is working excellently. We just have to check the monitor and it tells us when to add the salt, etc. The service was all around wonderful. more

Old-fashioned customer service where customer comes first and everything else is dead second! 7/14/2014

Advanced Water Resources has been great. I've had absolutely no trouble with them which is why we switched to them from another service. We have several properties with their water system in them because if you called Advanced, they come our right away and always bring salt if you ask. They'll also carry it in which is great. Angela is the one who always comes out and sizes the job. She knows what she's doing and the sales staff is always good too. They're not gonna steer you in the wrong direction. Very professional 7/11/2014

Advanced Water Resources is great. The girl that came out to do the water analysis was really helpful and friendly and I likd that she was a woman who didn't act as if I didn't know anything. The guy who actually installed and hooked up my new water softener and water purification system made sure to explain everything in a helpful manner. They both were pretty knowledgeable and easy to work with. I've already recommended them to some of my friends. This was my first time using them and the prices were reasonable. They seem like a reputable company and I had a great experience with them. more

We purchased a water softener and a filtration system after 2 years in our new home trying to convince ourselves the water was fine. After a demonstration of the difference we couldn't act quick enough to schedule installation. The difference in our drinking water quality is significant and improves everything made with it - especially that morning coffee! The softener has saved us money all around - less soap, shampoo etc. but also makes cleaning a breeze. No more hard water spots to scrub away. Advanced Water Resources made the entire process a pleasure. They were professional, knowledgeable, experienced, and left my home just as clean as when they arrived. We highly recommend this company and its products. What are you waiting for????? more

Polite and informative 6/4/2014

Advanced Water Resources took care of me when I called and they answered my questions. They were very polite and nice, and they did what they had to do. First of all, they installed a water softener system in my home, and I haven't had any problems with it. I didn't know how to change the salt bags in the water softener, and they showed me how to. Now all I have to do is press a button to use the water softener system. They made it easy for me to use. They put me back on track. They now come once a year to service it and change the fillers. I have no complaints. more

Above and beyond 5/23/2014

Advanced Water Resources was very accommodating and very nice to deal with. They put in a whole new water system, water softener, and a purifying system with a separate faucet for drinking water. They answered all of our questions. The gentleman who installed the system went over everything thoroughly and went above and beyond. more
