I first contacted Advanced Safe & Lock in January of 2009 to fix a broken lock at my house. Even though they had installed the master key system at my house originally, they had no record of it. That seemed odd but I gave them the benefit of the doubt. The serviceman was very nice although they did charge me a $55 trip fee and my house is less than a half mile away. I used them again in October of 2009. Again, they had no idea who I was. They came out and changed my locks and said they would put the system on file so it would be simple the next time. I used them again in October of 2010. To my surprise, they had no record of ever dealing with me, and once again told me they would put the system on file so it would be easier/cheaper next time. Well, it's June of 2011 and I need my locks changed again. I just visited the store, where I met the same man I dealt with in October, and of course, they have no record of the system. When I mentioned I had worked with them 3 times in the past he shrugged and said Sorry! This is by far the worst customer service I have ever received anywhere. more

Have u ever lost your car keys? Well the stupid blonde I am, I went shopping for my groceries and other items at our local plaza.. well I had to have stopped in about 6 different stores there, just walking around. Well when I decided to leave to go home, I realized I had lost my car keys, frantically I ran to each of the stores I shopped at looking and asking for my keys.. no luck.. about a hour or so later, I stopped in the grocery store and asked if they had a phone book or if they new of a lock smith? and they mentioned town and country. I called them told them everything and they came out to me a little while later, to impressions of my locks and a little while later they made up a key for my car and I was able to unlock my car and drive home.. now getting into my house was another thing( my house key was also lost with my car keys).. i was lucky that I had left my window open. A week later, one of the store places called and they had found my keys in their dairy case (i left my name and number with each store).. :) I was very happy and pleased this town and country business helped me out of a rut. more
