Advanced Irrigation Repair and Lighting

This was the second time I have used this company. The first was to start my system for the year. They showed up as promised and I was charged with what was quoted over the phone and they did not find anything extra that needed to be repaired. They recently came out because my sprinklers were not coming on and the guy noticed my rainsensor was filled with water from the recent rain. He told me after it dried out my system should come back on. I couldn't believe it, he did not even charge me for coming out. Great service, I would definitely recommend them to friends. Receptionist was nice. I had service for the first time with them. The owner (Steve) came out and seemed nice. They told me it was a $75 start up fee, but then he found all these things... a leaking unit (it wasn't leaking when I winterized it last fall), a hose that wasn't rotating, etc. So more costs were added. It may be valid, probably is, I think... but of course you wonder do they purposly add to their pocket. I don't know this company at all and was just responding to a flyer I got in my mailbox. I was wondering if ""ya' all"" had any similar experience. If any of you out there said he came and found nothing, that would reassure me. I wish there were more reviews on this company. Pros: Professional, Responds quickly Cons: None perhaps, perhaps they add to their pocket more
