Receptionist was nice. I had service for the first time with them. The owner (Steve) came out and seemed nice. They told me it was a $75 start up fee, but then he found all these things... a leaking unit (it wasn't leaking when I winterized it last fall), a hose that wasn't rotating, etc. So more costs were added. It may be valid, probably is, I think... but of course you wonder do they purposly add to their pocket. I don't know this company at all and was just responding to a flyer I got in my mailbox. I was wondering if ""ya' all"" had any similar experience. If any of you out there said he came and found nothing, that would reassure me. I wish there were more reviews on this company.
