I hired this company to install tiles in my kitchen after the owner, Bill, boasted about his years of experience installing floors. Bill quoted me a low rate and after the job was completed, he told me the kitchen is larger than his original measurement, so he raised my total cost (he overcharged me but at the time I just wanted him out of my house). Bill rushed through the job causing the CORNERS of my tiles to be uneven as much as 1/4"! My bare feet hurt every time I walk on these corners. One day Bill had to work at another job site so he hired his employee's WIFE, who has no experience tiling, to wipe off the excess grout. She wiped off too much grout! Bill didn't install a tile where my kitchen cabinet was going to be installed, so I told him it must be done regardless if it's under a cabinet--I paid him by the sq. ft.! On the last day Bill rushed through the job and was going to leave until I pointed out that some doors had to be trimmed shorter in order to open and close properly. I drove by my house while they were working and noticed these guys left my exterior doors wide open with the air conditioner turned on at full blast! No wonder my electricity bill that month was unusually high. Guess they don't understand how an A/C works--keep the door closed and the house will be cooler! Never hire this company unless you're prepared to keep a watchful eye on them. I personally would never hire this company again even if you paid me! Very stressful experience and I regret my decision. At the time I thought that I was saving $$, but it turns out to be the same cost as if I went with a reputable company.
