They were professional. I would highly recommend them. They did a really good job. I ordered the windshield and I didn't have to wait for them to install it, and there wasn't any sloppy glue work or anything. I liked their professionalism, I am a stickler about doing things right, and they did just that. I'm happy with their services. more

So awesome and SUPER FAST!!! They drove up to Cloverdale on an hours notice to replace my badly cracked windshield. The technician was super knowledgable and so kind! He finished the job in just under an hour (WHAT!?! So amazing) Pricing was a little over $400 (unfortunately my insurance didn't cover) but they will work with your insurance and price match! I will definitely be recommending them to everyone I know! more

Howdy Sonoma county and other county's I have been to this glass doctors like 3x I'm about to go back to get my windshield fixed my bad cause if I would just drop by they would of inspected it and fixed the microscopic chip witch cause the hand size crack and they have fixed my windshield in my other car perfectly ! The best thing is the owner is so cool I made a appt and needed to push out about three weeks and he do understanding they have my BUSINESS for sure always thanks team advanced more

A rock hit my windshield and I call advance auto glass and talk to Austin the owner and told me to stop by anytime no need an appointment so I went in Monday morning and he took care of my car right away and at the same time he deal with my insurance company and it only took 20mins to get my car done well done advance auto glass.....very well recommended.. more

This company is terrific! Someone punched in the passenger side window on my Toyota Sequoia last night, and I called Advanced Auto Glass around 9:30 pm expecting to just be able to leave a message. Austin answered and scheduled an appointment for 8 am this morning. The window was all fixed in 45 minutes and I was able to get my horse trailer and horse and get to my riding lesson on time, instead of having to cancel. Not only was the new window installed, but all the broken glass was vacuumed up and Austin was professional, gracious and courteous in dealing with the entire situation. The price was very fair. I am a loyal customer when I find a good, honest company, and would not even consider checking out other glass repair shops if I ever need one again. So you can just call them first, too. more

This place is amazing! Saved me a $250 deductible from my insurance company! Allstate told me I'd have to pay that to get a crack the size of an eraser head fixed. Called them up and was told that it would be covered by my insurance at NO charge to me. I stopped by today without an appointment and was helped immediately. My car was taken back to cool off and they sealed up the crack within 20 minutes. You can't even see where it used to be! Super happy and I will definitely recommend to anyone I know who needs a crack fixed. Thanks!! more

I had a broken driver side window in my Tahoe and my Tacoma had a cracked windshield so I called Advanced and spoke to Austin at around 9 am. He sent his mobile repair out same day and replaced both windows. I was very surprised at the fast service and the technician was very courteous. I couldn't ask for better service. Thank You!! more

These guys are AWESOME. My car was broken into by some dude smashing my front passenger window. I was calling around for quotes because my deductible for my insurance was way more than it would cost to replace it, and Austin offered to beat whatever price I'd gotten elsewhere. In fact, I paid $90 under my deductible. They had it done in just over an hour, and they even cleaned up all the broken glass. They also have an amazing touch screen coffee / espresso machine in their lobby (that will always win me over). HIGHLY recommend Advanced Auto Glass, and if I ever happen to need a window replacement again (hope not - knock on wood), I will be returning here. more

Don't go anywhere else if you live close to Advanced. I had a terrible experience with Safelight Glass shining me on, wasting my time. Austin, owner of Advanced Auto Glass, is a breath of fresh air. He knows his business, he doesn't make hollow promises, and he gets the job done fast and done well. I cannot recommend Advanced Auto Glass highly enough. more

Needed a replacement window for my travel trailer I broke right before my trip. Called many places who said 3 days to a week to get the glass and install.\r I stopped by advanced, said he could have it done the next day. Was about 10% higher than the others but he kept his word. Called me by 10am and said it was ready. Perfect color match to the tint. Service was excellent. Always willing to pay a few extra dollars if the value is there. Well worth giving them a shot. more

They're great. They were really quick to fit me into their schedule, and my windshield was fixed quickly, so I was really happy with them. They also gave me a lot of information, even if I were to decide not to use them ultimately. For example, they gave me good advice about the type of glass and sealer I needed, just to make sure I got my windshield fixed correctly, even if I went elsewhere. more
