While at home in Connecticut, I learned that my air conditioner in our Naples, Florida condo urgently needed to be replaced. I contacted Advanced Air Inc through a recommendation from my home owners insurance agent.They responded immediately to my request for help. The air conditioner was actively leaking water and had damaged the closet ceiling and walls and I had to deal with the water damage first. Rene contacted me and was at the condo the very next day. Having to deal with situations like this from a distance is very stressful, however, Rene was professional, knowledgeable and compassionate. She was able to assess the situation and make recommendations for an appropriate energy saving unit to replace my air conditioner. She provided me with a detailed invoice of what would be done and the cost of the replacement and work. I thought the pricing for what need to be done was fair and equitable. After discussing my concerns and anxiety about what had to be done, I felt totally comfortable that the job would be well done and completed as promised. She also coordinated the replacement of the plywood beneath the old AC with the company that was going to do the reconstruction of the ceiling and walls. Advanced Air arrived the next day and worked until everything was completed, cleaned up and running. The technicians were polite, considerate and knowledgeable individuals, who worked until they checked out every phase of their operation.I would not hesitate to recommend them in the future. PS Their follow up the next day was spot on and they communicated with me on every aspect of the situation, including photographs, so that I could follow what was being done. They are the benchmark by which others should be measured!
