Long waits, poor management 12/5/2011

This location is understaffed and poorly managed. Staff is nice once you get waited on but staff does not go out of its way to help waiting customers. Long waits and staff seems to be walking out the door just as lines start to get long. They usually only keep one line open while staff works on other things. Don't go in on Monday's. Usually only one person helping on those days. I would switch but there are not many places in Lompoc. Pros: null Cons: null more
