Help is available, 24/7, 365 day a year when you wear our medical alert pendant. In an emergency, push the help button on the Medical Alert Pendant to be connected to a trained professional through a two-way voice intercom. The trained professional can contact the appropriate responder (police, fire department or emergency personnel) to request immediate assistance. With long-range capability, the personal help button on the Medical Alert Pendant even works outdoors (up to 300 feet* away from base unit). The base unit includes high/low temperature sensors that can send an alert when unsafe temperatures are detected in your home. The ADT Medical Alert Monitoring unit can be worn as a pendant around the neck or waistband. With a fall detection pendant, the Customer Monitoring Center can be alerted after a fall even if the customer is not able to Press the help button. The pendant takes just under a minute to determine whether a fall has occurred.
