Great Phones 6/29/2011

We had Packet 8 and it was terrible and switched to ADG. The first hour we were using their service our customers were telling us how much better we sounded. Their tech explained everything because we aren't technical at all and made it really easy to understand. We had a problem with our router and they fixed it for us and I didn't have to call an IT guy- that's awesome!!! We saved over 1/3 off our our monthly bill too. What more can I say- USE ADG!!! more

Even if the phone service was half way decent The customer service is enough to cancel the deal. The people in the office cant return a call to save their lives. The president of the company isnt exactly some one to look up to either. Once I was frustrated enough, I went to him. He said he'd call me back. Never heard from him... charged us late fees the same day they mailed our bill! Shall I go on? Save your self & your company some MAJOR MONEY & HASSLE & SKIP ADG more
