I had a 50 year roof done 10 years ago. it seemed to be a fair price and they were quick with installing . Their work only covers 5 years for the installation. After 2 months, I had a leak in skylight, they fixed it with caulking, but caulking is only a temporary fix. I was also told that I had to pay for damage of dry wall inside the house myself. 10 Years later I was having water leaking into the eaves, 2 roofing companies came out and said the installation was not right. They should have wrapped the ends with metal and some flashing was not done correctly. Called addicot, he came out and said that he can put flashing in on one side of the house...which can be done but not recommended by the two other companies since it would just prolong the issues for only a few more \r
years.. He also said he would put more caulking down around skylights...I believe he thinks he was doing his best, but I'm not impressed with the quality of work I received for a 50 year , 17,000 dollar roof. \r
