My A/C broke and I called them Friday afternoon to see if they could come that day (based on their prominent ""can come in 45 minutes"" ads). They said they could, but they were running late and would come the next day ""at the very latest.""\r

Well, Friday evening came along and I didn't get a call, so I called them. They said it would be tomorrow. I asked when I would know when they could come. They said they usually finish calling everyone to set up appointments by 8:30 am. Well, 9:00 rolls around, and no call . . . So I call, and they said their phones were too busy (hmmm, but she picked up right away when I called . . . ). She also said that she still doesn't have an appointment time for me, but will call later. At that point, I had a feeling that they were just stringing me along in hopes that they can pack their schedules to maximize their profits.\r

Sure enough, at 1:30pm I get a call from Action saying that they won't be able to come until Monday. Don't waste your time.
