Initial this company put a fence in for us and were satisfactory in service. However, after construction a few years later several parts of our fence needs to be removed therefore needing reinstallation in the spring along with an extension. We have called and spoke to the owner Mr. Gladstone and his assistant every week for what is now the ninth week in a row. Each week they tell us we are on the schedule or they will likely come this week and never show up or call. At the same time, they seem to be building fence right in our neighborhood, giving quotes out, etc. If I could do it over I would not put my hard-earned dollars into a fence project with a unreliable contractor such as Action Fence.
