The crew were friendly, helpful, well mannered, and good strong movers. They never let up for a second, and our move went over 8 hours. No damage or lost items either!! This move was faster and cheaper than 2 " full service" companies we have moved with before. Our last move was with a large, national mover who's employees constantly complained about how heavy our furniture was, and how hard it was to get it into the house....they actually made us feel bad and to make matters worse their customer service would not return our calls after the move. Across usa moving is the exact opposite, we had numerous follow up calls from the owner of the company to ensure our experience was a good one. I HIGHLY recommend these guys for a tx move. I'll use them again!!!
