I called this company garage door service on a Saturday morning. We have a plumbing business not too long way and we hit the rollup door with our forklift. It came off the hinges and it also bent the section of steel door. We couldn’t get it fixed ourselves so we called around and ended up having this company door come out. They sent David out to fix it. He was very experienced. He was able to hammer out the kink in the section of steel. This saved us some money. He replaced some hardware and had it back in good working condition in less than one hour. He did not even charge us for the parts! I will definitely use them again and will recommend them! I hit the garage door opener and heard a pop. Spring broke and spring and pulley were hanging down. Called this company as I had to get to work and couldn't close the garage door. At first they couldn't come until around 4:00 but when I explained the difficulty of my situation I received a call back ten minutes later that technicians would be on site within an hour. The technicians arrived on time and gave me the quick fix option and the preventive maintenance option (garage door was installed in 1993 and first time there was an issue). I opted for the preventive maintenance and they were in and out within an hour. Door working perfectly and has additional safety features now. Left the area without a trace that they were ever there....neat and clean. Recommend highly! more

I found this company on line and liked the reviews and also liked the location , because it's near to my home....David Sherman was FABULOUS!!!!!! 5 Stars.!!!!!! He came when he told us he would, put a new door in and a new opener and was very neat and professional. I'm not too good with technology, but with Johns help he showed me all the instructions and made it easy for me to understand....Give David a HUGE raise ! I should have reviewed this garage door company and Dan long ago. He originally fixed our condo garage door (bolts coming out of main frame into wall) a few years ago. Since then, we've moved to a house and he's been over to fix that one as well (springs). The people that run a business are the business and many co's should emulate this garage door company I can't say enough about Dan - just a class 'A' dude. He will shoot straight, work his ass off and never hose you. He'll go above and beyond of what you expect of him, too, for a very reasonable cost. more

Appointment time was exact. Niko was extremely well trained and knew his job. The time he told me it would take to complete the job was right on target. I would recommend your company to anyone. Everything was cleaned up as nothing was done to the door. GREAT COMPANY! more

I have to say I'm very satisfied with the service I received from this garage door repair company. At first I was a bit leery of the reviews regarding no or slow call backs, but the reviews about the actual job done were excellent, so I persevered. I had already tried several other companies for this project before I came to the internet, so I was getting to a point of desperation. I am so glad I stuck with it! I needed a 2 door garage converted to a 1 door garage. When I explained to Leron what I needed, he said, "no problem...I know folks who can do that!". Steven came to see the job site and brought handyman Uzi with him, from JB Handyman. They hatched a plan, got a quote to me within just a few days. Once I accepted the quote from the handyman (for the actual conversion), Uzi coordinated with Steven for a date to do the conversion and the door install so that it was all done in one day. Well, the handyman showed up on time. He and his helper got right to it and began the conversion. A short trip to Home Depot later for matching paint (!) and the conversion was done. Then Leron showed up with the door and it was installed in no time. Leron even went and got a new garage door opener and installed it for us! I cannot tell you how pleased I am with the work. All of the gentlemen involved were very knowledgeable, friendly and efficient! I will also cross post this review for JB Handyman as well. I believe we WILL be contacting them in the future. more
