Not a friendly store 4/3/2010

Oh I do not recommend this store and it has gone downhill in the past few years. Used to be very nice and welcoming with the previous managment. Now I refuse to go in, the customer service isn't there, the product is not to be found and the feeling in there isn't a happy one. I am glad there are other hardware stores in town as I am done with this one. I do like Ace and will shop at other Ace Hardwares, just not this one, the prices are extremely HIGH!!!!! Pros: the store is big Cons: bad customer service, not enough product more
