I noticed a problem with my charging system as I was driving and went directly to Ace instead of driving home. Tim and his crew were able to find the source of the problem and I was back on the road very quickly, even though I didn't have an appointment. more

Thermostat 12/11/2012

Overall I am satisfied with your service but i ended up spending more money because you couldn't diagnose the car problem better. You changed my coolant sensor first and actually it was the thermostat. I am not complaining just sharing my experience. I will be back for sure whenever i need service. more

inspection 10/5/2012

after having my truck picked apart during inspection i won't be back and wish my records deleted from your computer . after pulling a wheel to inspect the brake shoes he didn't even re-torque the wheel nuts . Was told had to have rear view mirror (which had come off ) but have side mirrors and on a truck didn't think that was required . more
