Excellent service over the years 11/17/2015

Accurate Auto & Transmission has done a lot of work for me on three different cars. They are very trustworthy and always fix what needs to be done. Their work is quick and the cost is reasonable. They've installed a gas pump in my Subaru and a distributor in my daughter's RAV4. They have done a lot of other work, including brakes and maintenance. Everyone there is very knowledgeable and they do a great job explaining what they're doing. They also have good communication and customer service. I would highly recommend them. more

Great customer service, very accommodating 10/6/2015

I've used Accurate Auto & Transmission twice. Both times they provided great customer service and did good work. They work efficiently and timely. When I need something done, there's no problem because they're very accommodating. The first time they did a little bit of everything, including new tires and a tune-up. The second time I needed new breaks. We came back the second time, because we liked what he did they first time and knew they were dependable. Gus is extremely trustworthy, knowledgeable, and professional. He kept me informed and explained what my options were at all times. He is definitely running a good business. more

Honest. 10/1/2015

I have taken several cars to Accurate Auto and Transmission. They are always able to figure out, and solve my car problems. At an auto repair shop you usually expect to get cheated- but they don't do that. They are honest about their work and prices. They live up to their standards. They do what they say they will. They are knowledgeable and provide good work. I have never had any issues with the repairs that they have done for me. more

Extremely good work on a classic car 9/24/2015

I have a very rare classic car and it needed transmission work. The staff at Accurate Auto & Transmission was able to find the necessary components to repair the vehicle. Everyone on staff was very nice and the price was competitive. I recommend Accurate Auto & Transmission for extremely good work. more

Excellent, friendly service! 9/22/2015

When we went out to meet he people at Accurate Auto & Transmission, the whole family was really nice. It is a family-owned business, which we liked. They rebuilt my transmission, and so far so good- at least it is still running! The price was very reasonable- transmission work is always on the expensive side, but their price was normal. They were very friendly and precise, and everything in the shop is very clean. They also kept the vehicle inside, which was great. I am very happy with the service. more

Good, honest work 8/20/2015

The technicians at Accurate Auto & Transmission repaired some leaks in my transmission. The repairs took a few visits because it was hard to locate all of the leaks, but they were able to fix each one. The price was a little high but still within reason for the work they did. The staff are very nice and good at their work. I recommend Accurate Auto & Transmission for honest service. more

Overall just a great experience! 8/19/2015

I had to have my vehicle's transmission rebuilt, so I went to talk to Accurate Auto & Transmission. When I told them what I do, they recommended an upgraded unit. The price was very fair, and the turnaround time was fantastic. I dropped off the vehicle on a Wednesday night, and it was done by mid-day on Friday. I would recommend them to anyone. more

I needed to get my transmission rebuilt, and some guys at my job recommended Accurate Auto and Transmission. I appreciated how good the communication was. They were very fast and affordable. Their prices were the best that I found. I have not had any issues with my car or the transmission since they have installed it. This was my first time using them, and I would go back. The work they did was excellent. more

I have been a customer of Accurate Auto & Transmission for about a year. They have worked on two of my jeeps, two sedans, and will be working on a third vehicle of mine later this week. Gus is a very caring and honest; which is atypical for the reputation of most mechanics. Recently, Gus helped with an engine replacement. His prices are competitive, and I would recommend his service. more

Awesome service good price 6/28/2015

My clutch was goin out in my car called up these guys for the first time and glad I did. Gus was a great dude to talk to gave me a real good deal on labor and helped out with my a.c. unit as well. Highly recommended and if I need a mechanic who won't bs you or screw you over this is the place to go also had my car back the next day couldn't of worked out better more

Phenomenal customer service and follow-through 5/20/2015

I 100% recommend Accurate Auto & Transmission. I am usually wary of having people other than myself work on my vehicles, but I trust the crew at Accurate Auto & Transmission to do a great job. I initially called the company because the transmission went out on my wife's truck and it needed to be fixed ASAP. They entirely rebuilt her transmission and had the work finished by the next day. The technicians kept in contact with me every step of the way to keep me informed about what they had to do. Since this first visit, they have serviced and rebuilt the transmission on my son's truck, serviced the drive chain on my truck, and worked with my mother and daughter as well. They do not take advantage of their customers or poorly service your vehicle. I don't normally trust anyone but myself with my truck, but I will be a long-time customer with Accurate Auto & Transmission. more

They got me going when my transmission was done. 5/15/2015

I've used Accurate Auto and Transmission twice recently. First to rebuild the transmission in my older car, and a few months later to put in a drive shaft barring. Their pricing is good, and they were close to being right on the money with their timing on getting the job done. The transmission rebuild went smoother, and they missed one delivery on the barring but they had it on the second try. The price went a little over the estimate for the barring as well, but the car works just fine. more

Excellent Service. 5/12/2015

I've brought two vehicles to Accurate Auto & Transmission. They listened to what I had to say, performed the service I wanted, and also made additional recommendations. They provided me with appropriate facts and figures. I was satisfied with their explanations and they did the work very fast. I compared Accurate Auto to other mechanic services and found they had more than fair prices. I have not been this satisfied with an auto mechanic in years. I'm glad I went with them. more

Good Service. 5/6/2015

This was the first time I worked with Accurate Auto & Transmission. They rebuilt the transmission on my '00 Lexus RX300. The service was done accurately, and everything seems to be in working order with it. There was an exhaust leak that I didn't think I had after the service. They made an attempt to patch it free of charge, but weren't able to resolve it. The attempt was good at least. I have my '97 Chevy Corvette with them now. They did a diagnostic on it yesterday, and I gave them the go ahead to start working on it. I would recommend them. more

Accurate Auto and Transmission was really nice, and they did a good job on my car and for a good price. They fixed parts I knew nothing about. My car is now running great. They were very accommodating. The prices were really good and reasonable, considering the amount of time it took to finish the car. more

The people at Accurate Auto & Transmission are very helpful in offering solutions. I was having issues with my transmission, and they were able to fix the problem and save me a little bit of money. They were very affordable. The service was good, and the technicians were personable and easy to talk to. They were very efficient and got me in and out the same day. Accurate Auto & Transmission actually came highly recommended to me by my father and I've received wonderful service from them thus far. The owner, Gus, is very honest, upfront, and knowledgeable. His pricing is very fair and he is very serious about his work. If they run into any issues, he will call you right away and let you know. I've had two different vehicles worked on by Accurate Auto & Transmission and everything has always turned out very smoothly. I've been using them for about a year now and am happy to call them my go-to auto shop now. They do what they do extremely well and I would strongly recommend them. more
