It becomming very hard for a normal income family to find an apartment these days. While these apartments are nice, they do not offer them to regular income families, nor do many other apartment buildings in the area.
They do offer both One and Two Bedroom units for a reasonable price. There is onsite laundry facilities as well, and you are located within walking distance of the local resturants and small stores. This would make a fine apartment for any family (...as long as you are "low income").
