I hired Acacia Property Management to manage my rental property. During the two years that I paid them to manage my property I have had two tenants break their lease and leave me with unpaid water bills, two expensive storage racks and lawn mower disappear and they cannot tell me which renter took them, and my washer and dryer stolen .
I asked Allen often if he had enter the home to make sure it was in good condition and he always told me it was.

If Allen had communicated to me about the condition of the house I would have flown up sooner and started the painting and kitchen upgrade one month earlier so that I would not be out another month's rent.
I called Allen and told him how upset and disappointed I was in the condition of my property and could not believe that he was showing the house in this condition. He did not take this well and terminated our agreement. Then in the closin
