I have been going to this office with my family for over 2 years and have been mildly happy with the doctor but unhappy with the staff. I was there was son 2 weeks ago and I am pleased to say things have changed for the better. The new fron office staff are professional and the benefits person (Ann I think) is a joy to deal with. Even the the Doctor seems to be more happy then before. more

Everything they offer on the TV commercial is a lie, they offer help with up to 70% discount for people with no insurance and they dont even give you 10%. Pros: Nothing Cons: Everything they say, is a lie more

I'm so mad and it's such a long ongoing story now, that I'm just going to be brief. I was overcharged for my services, they lied about how much everything would cost, they preformed oral surgery on me without any anesthetic, I had a bruise on my cheek and broken blood vessels from where the dentist grabbed my face and wouldn't let go that stayed for weeks ,I got a massive tooth infection, my new dentist said they didn't even remove all of my root when they performed the $1600 root canal that they told me would only cost $1200 and ended up billing me twice for anyways, and they refuse to the BBB's requests for their waiving of my incorrect bill. I am taking them to court over all of the malpractice and misbilling, and hopefully that will be the end to the horrible year I have spent dealing with this corrupt company. Do not go there, please. Pros: you can waste a lot of money Cons: Danger to your health! more
