Good Problem Solving - Terrible Prices 12/9/2010

I recently had my vehicle repaired at the Ability Center. They did a good job figuring out the problem, but their prices were off the charts. I understand the importance of running a business to make a profit - it's not a charity. However, charging people in need (who have no other options) sky-high hourly rates is another issue. The original owner understood this balance, but the current owner does not. more

Avoid 8/17/2010

Worked for 3 months with this outfit. Use caution. Expect to be subjected to an attempt to move up the "need" to a more expensive unit. Agree with the other reviewer who gave one star. Look elsewhere. more

Poor customer service 8/4/2010

This is a company that is all about making money at the expense of the disabled person. They do not care about you or your disability --only what is in it for them. You can and should expect more. Maybe this review will help them turn around and be what this review from KD Miller in 2007 says. My experience has been the exact opposite and I am sad I even need to make this review. Maybe their management changed? more
