Remote Wireless Car Starter 11/16/2011

I was very happy with the facility. For the most part the persons were friendly and the place had a nice customer waiting area with a TV in it. This is important as I was there for a few hours waiting. When I first called in the morning to get directions I felt the personnel could have been a little more patient and precise. Other than that I had a very good experience with ABC and would recommend them to friends and family. The guy who gave me my lessons on how to operate the remote was great!!!! more

Customer for life! 4/1/2011

I've been a customer for 16 years. I've purchased products for 4 different vehicles & never had any problems. They are professional & knowledgeable & have always valued my business. ABC stands behind their work. I would recommend them to anyone. Keep up the great work ABC! FYI: The Berwyn location has moved down the street to Forrest Park (Roosevelt Rd & Harlem Ave) Beautiful store!! more

First class service all the way!!! It's always been said that the first impression you make is a lasting one. Believe me when I tell you that the entire staff at ABC provided me with the best service that I have experienced in years. They were all extremely friendly and knowledgeable and even when I was unable to clearly communicate my question they knew exactly what I wanted. I will continue to give them my business and be referring them to family and friends. more
