My experience has been really good. 4/18/2013

Overall my experience has been really good. They've actually done a few jobs for me. For the last one, they put in a bathroom floor for me. The flooring came in 12-inch squares, and it was very important that they lined up dead on otherwise it would look cheap. They put it in and it looks fantastic. They came over the night before and dropped off the materials so that they would be the same temperature as the house, so there were no issues. more

The best customer service I've had in a long time. 4/17/2013

I am a Realtor. I have used them to install some carpet at my mother's house, and also to install flooring at a client's house. I needed some service that went above and beyond for a real estate need and they were amazing. I wouldn't shop anywhere else for flooring. I recommend them to anyone and everyone I can. more

I have purchased some material from them, some vinyl, for a job we were doing. They made sure we had the right glues and really took a lot of time to make sure we got what we needed. more

The Abbey Carpet of Livermore staff took the time to show me a variety of products from their showroom and tell me the options that were available. The installers were on time, courteous, they explained what they were doing, and neatly worked until they got the job done. Overall, we are happy with the service we received and with their competitive prices. We will recommend them. They completed the flooring in three rooms and I will be having them return to do the flooring in another. more

Professional, effective, efficient, and good quality. 3/28/2013

Abbey Carpet of Livermore have been really great. We needed something last minute and they got us carpet the week between Christmas and New Years. They got it installed before our renters moved in. Abbey Carpet was professional and effective. They are efficient and their quality is good. Our renters are ecstatic with the carpet. more
