I went to get title and tags there in October, 1994. That was when it was at 5 points. I was amazed that the license was ASX-9577. I was born in 1959 and originally acquired my license in August, 1977. After I acquired a new license in October, 1994, I had the picture taken in Harleysville in June, 1995. After the accident I had on rtes 152 and 309 near A&T Chevrolet, 9577 instead of 5977. My home signed over the title to me quickly and was all done within one month including insurance. No problems.
