Worst

Repairman was timely and efficient. I had no problem with the work. I felt like I paid about twice what was fair. So be warned.

They were on time and fixed my oven. However their customer service (tech) Mike was was very condescending in manor. I've never had a service tech come and treat us in such a negitive manor. I called the company and spoke with the manager and all they could do is make excuses for his behavior. I will Never use this company again!!!!!!! BEWARE!!!!!!! more

Great Service! 12/22/2011

My refrigerator stopped working and so I called Aaron's because they were same day service. They came out when they said they would,they repaired the problem on the spot and was very reasonable. Their sevice man was very helpful and professional. I would highly recommend this company! more
