I called ahead to have my tiller serviced and was told to bring things in. I loaded the tiller up but when I dropped by a hand-written sign told me they were ""full."" Since I'd called ahead, I went in to ask the gentleman what the schedule was looking like. He curtly asked ""Do you not understand what FULL means????"" I explained that I had called and had the equipment in my car and could leave it with him to repair when he could. He went into a full rant, telling me he was sick of people waiting until the last second to get things fixed and then expecting him to get it done immediately. I left, telling him I wouldn't be bothering him again. I took my tiller over to Mile Hi Ace and was warmly greeted by the staff there. They helped me get the rototiller out of my car and wound up repairing the tiller for free because the air filter was simply jammed. They also offered a better price on sharpening my lawn mower blades and they were finished with it in less than a day even though they were quite busy. If I could give AAA Mowers anything less than 1 star, I would.
